We are pleased to support a wide range of charities, and have recently reintroduced our annual Master’s List charity collection.
Our lodge’s latest charitable campaign has been for the LONDON AIR AMBULANCE ‘Up Against Time’ APPEAL. We are pleased to have contributed £2,500 in October 2023 towards this appeal, attaining Metropolitan Grand Lodge’s Bronze Star Award.
As London Freemasons we are proud to have a long association with supporting the London Air Ambulance Service (entirely funded by donations) and are their biggest single voluntary organisation donor. The charity is genuinely ‘Up Against Time’ to raise the £15 million needed to replace the two helicopters (due to their age) and get the new ones flying by October 2024.The new helicopters will deliver emergency consultants, paramedics and A&E equipment to anywhere in London in 11 minutes, enabling them to give lifesaving treatment at the scene. For many this is a case of life or death.
